Call Centers generate approximately 18,000 jobs in the Dominican Republic.

Santo Domingo – The Call Center Commission reported this Monday that a total of 67 companies in the Dominican Republic are dedicated to exporting services for foreign companies within the Free Trade Zone sector.

They stated that in these companies, employees have the opportunity to start by answering calls and grow into professionals in their respective fields.

“The call center industry is a key driver that energizes the Dominican economy, currently generating around 18,000 jobs that directly help reduce youth unemployment in the country,” they affirmed.
